Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your work has been copied on MartialArt.fyi in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notification in accordance with the requirements of the DMCA. Your notification must include the following details:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, please provide a representative list.

Upon receiving a proper notice meeting these requirements, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the individual responsible for posting it. We will also take reasonable steps to notify the responsible individual that we have removed or disabled the content in response to a DMCA notice.

Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter notification to us. Your counter notification must include:

1. Your full name, address, phone number and physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location it previously appeared on our website.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or because of misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the district where you live (if you are in the U.S.), or your consent to jurisdiction and an acceptance that you will accept service from the claimant who provided the original infringement notification.
5. Your acceptance that if the copyright holder chooses to file suit against you in connection with the removed material, the lawsuit can be filed in the jurisdiction in which you have consented to jurisdiction as part of filing the counter notice.

Upon receiving a proper counter notification, we will promptly provide the claimant with a copy and otherwise follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA. Unless we receive notification within 10 business days that the original claimant has filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing content, we will restore or cease disabling access to the disputed content.

Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate user rights of any repeat infringer upon receipt of proper DMCA notification. We maintain a repeat infringer policy to comply with the requirements of the DMCA safe harbor protections.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or amend this DMCA policy at any time without specific notice. The effective date of this policy is documented at the bottom of this page.
